Dua Lipa's rose to pop prominence has been very rapid and steep, as in less than a decade the girl that was born in London to parents of Albanian decent went from the release of her first single to a show in no less than Wembley stadium.
Lipa's songs talk about what pop songs usually talk about – boy-girl staff, unanswered love, acceptance, romantic relations and those who go wrong. After all, we are talking about a woman whose song "One Kiss" ("One kiss is all it takes") was probably the biggest song of 2018.

She released her first single "New Love" in 2015, when she was 20. The song reached number one of some of the European charts and set her on a first tour. Two years later, when her first album came out, Lipa had already some singles rolling in the charts, but she now went to No. 1 in the United Kingdom.
Dua Lipa's music styles range from pop, pop and some more pop. She has won 2 American Music Awards, 2 Billboard Music Awards, 7 Brit Awards and 2 Grammy Awards.
Her Radical Optimism tour will kick off in Singapore in November 2024 and continue to the Far East, Australia, Europe, Canada and the United States.
